Starting January 1, 2025, tenants enrolled in autopay will receive a $10 monthly discount. To activate this benefit, you must complete and sign the Automatic Payment Authorization Form—a simple step that ensures secure and compliant payment processing.

How to Enroll in Automatic Payments

Below is your guide for navigating TWA:
You can enroll in Automatic Payments when you make a payment online. Follow these steps:
Log into your Tenant Web Access and go to the upper-right corner to click your name.
Select "Payment Settings - Saved Payment Info & AutoPay".
Select "Add" and enter your payment information.
Click on the “Enable Automatic Payments” button.
Choose the day of the month you want the payment to be deducted (Late fees are charged on the 5th of each month).
Select your payment type (balance due or specific amount).
Check the box next to the disclaimer notice.
Click “Save” to complete the process.
Your next scheduled automatic payment will be displayed. You can print or save this screen for your records.
Tip: To avoid confusion, make your first payment online to save your payment information before setting up the recurring monthly payment.
