Asset Manager

Akshay received his MBA in 2020, and has over six years of experience in Real Estate Investment Analysis, Financial Modelling, Executing Market Research, Financial Auditing, and Business Development. Akshay is passionate about business & value creation. Akshay was recently promoted to Asset Manager, where he oversees the operations and asset management of the entire Lucky portfolio.

Administrative and Training Officer

Susan received her degree of AB/BSE English, with French as an elective course and Master of Arts in Teaching, English Language Arts. Her experience includes 8 years in bilingual positions with various BPO companies such as customer service, tech support, mortgage financing, and as an inside sales agent for a real estate investment firm. Susan’s mastery of English and Spanish is crucial for communication with our residents, as well as the training of our Property Support Agents.

Finance Manager/Accountant

Jinky received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting, and has 11 years in the field. Jinky is responsible for bookkeeping, Accounts Payable, and reporting.

Project Manager

With over 30 years of experience in construction, Chris oversees all Cap Ex and Maintenance projects for Lucky Communities. Before joining Lucky, Chris was the owner and founder of Legacy Construction.

Property Support Agent

Juan received his degree in Visual Arts from the Universidad Tecnólogica de Pereira and started his corporate journey as a bilingual support agent in 2022. As a Property Support Agent, Juan is mainly responsible for customer service and rent collection. His special interests include investment, finance, fine arts, entrepreneurship, exercise, and outdoor activities.

Sales Manager

Sheryl has a degree in Bachelor of Science with a major in Business Administration. She has 18 years of real estate sales experience in both the single-family and the multi-family space. At Lucky, Sheryl is responsible for the sourcing and sales of homes in our communities.

Mariana has a Bachelor's Degree in Bilingualism with an emphasis in English from the Universidad Tecnológica de Pereira in Colombia. She is responsible for customer service and rent collection.

Investment Analyst

Raghav received his MBA from Chitkara University in Punjab, India. Raghav is primarily responsible for our underwriting efforts, especially as it relates to acquisitions. In addition, Raghav is also responsible for sourcing deals. Previously, he served as a Financial Analyst at Gallagher and Mohan, where he gained valuable experience in performing valuations for various multi-family sites. His prior experience also includes working as a Consultant at the global real estate consultancy, Knight Frank Pvt Ltd, where he provided strategic advice and analysis to clients in a variety of industries, including government institutions. With a strong foundation in financial analysis, market research, and strategic consulting, he is passionate about leveraging his expertise to help Lucky achieve our investment goals and make informed decisions.

Real Estate Acquisition Specialist

Rose received her degree in Bachelor of Science with a major in Pharmaceutical Sciences as well as a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Saint Louis University in The Phillipines. As our Acquisition Specialist, Rose spearheads our lead generation and marketing efforts. Prior to joining Lucky, Rose worked as a freelancer for real estate companies assisting with sales, marketing, and property management. In her spare time, Rose enjoys reading, nature, and baking.
