Important Announcements

Lease Updates (Effective November 1, 2024):

Here’s a quick breakdown of changes to your lease agreement:

  • Rent Payments: Rent is due on the 1st of each month, with a three-day grace period. After that, a $25 late fee will apply.

  • Payment Discounts: Switch to automatic payments via the tenant portal to enjoy a $10 monthly discount on your rent!

  • Physical Check Fees: For those who prefer old-school payments, please note that a $5 fee will apply to physical checks starting this month.

  • Grass Maintenance: We’re shifting responsibility for lawn mowing to residents. Let’s keep those lawns looking sharp!

  • Rent Increase: Effective December 1, 2024, the monthly rent will increase to $400.

  3. Drive Cautiously in Icy Conditions:

Recipe of the Month: Warm Autumn Apple Crisp in a Mug

Nothing says “cozy” like the comforting aroma of apples and cinnamon wafting through the air. This quick and easy recipe is perfect for chilly evenings and can be whipped up in just five minutes!

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium apple, peeled and diced

  • 1 tablespoon butter

  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar

  • 1 tablespoon flour

  • 1 tablespoon oats

  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

  • Optional: whipped cream or vanilla ice cream for topping

Instructions:

  1. Prep the Apple:

    • Place the diced apple in a microwave-safe mug.

    • Sprinkle with half the cinnamon and a pinch of brown sugar.

    • Microwave for 1 minute to soften the apple pieces.
