We’re excited to announce that Glen Echo Trailer Park is now managed by Lucky Communities LLC, operating as Glen Echo Mobile Home Park LLC. Our goal? Lease Changes

Starting November 1, 2024, there are a few updates to your lease:

  • Rent is due on the 1st of each month, with a three-day grace period before a $25 late fee applies.

  • A $5 fee applies for any physical checks.

  • Set up automatic payments through the tenant portal or our office and get a $10 monthly discount on your rent!

  • Grass cutting service is no longer included, so each resident is responsible for mowing their lawn.

  • Effective December 1, 2024, monthly rent will increase to $400.

What’s Coming Up: Plans & Developments

We’re investing in our community, and the upcoming $75 rent increase will directly support improvements across Glen Echo MHP. Here’s what’s planned:

  • Trash and Cleanliness: New dumpsters and regular upkeep

  • Roads and Drainage: Better drainage, dirt work, and gravel filling

  • Tree and Lawn Maintenance: Keeping things tidy and safe

  • Infrastructure Upgrades: Sewer, plumbing, and electrical improvements

  • Community Aesthetics: Fencing, mailboxes, signage, and lighting enhancements

These changes are here to help us manage rising costs while keeping the community affordable and well-maintained. We aim to create a safe and enjoyable space for everyone to live.

House Numbers: Small Change, Big Difference

We’re asking all residents to display clear, visible house numbers. Here’s why it matters:

  • Emergency Services: First responders need to find your home quickly.

  • Deliveries: Helps delivery services and mail carriers avoid confusion.

  • Community Appearance: Contributes to a welcoming and organized look for our park.

Tips for Displaying Your House Number:

  • Size & Visibility: At least 4 inches tall and visible from the street.

  • Durability: Choose weather-resistant materials.

  • Location: Place them prominently near your entrance.

Lease Agreement and Resident Info

To keep everything up-to-date, we’re collecting updated contact and occupancy information from all residents. Here’s what we need:

  • Contact Information: Full name, phone number(s), and email address.

  • Occupants Information: Names, relationships, and ages (or birth dates) of everyone living in your home.

This helps us streamline our records and finalize new lease agreements.
